This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract therefore if you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, your represent and warrant that you have authority to bind such company or other entity to this Agreement.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to notify you that we accept your registration, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
